1. Your names, contact phone number and email.
2. The names of the voucher user.
General conditions for issuing a voucher:
1. The gift voucher is at a value of your choice. You can contact us to determine your budget and we will offer you the best cruise offer for the indicated price. The gift voucher is a prepaid service - a cruise with a ship in Varna Bay.
2. The gift voucher is paid by bank transfer or in cash at the office of Varna Sea Station. The voucher is received after receiving a bank transfer or after paying it on the spot
3. The gift voucher can be received at a predetermined address, on site at the office or electronically - email.
4. The gift voucher is personalized and stylish.
5. The gift voucher can be used once and is valid for the period described in it (validity: 6 months from the date of purchase).
6. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for its BGN equivalent.
7. Guests to whom the voucher is given must make their reservation at least 5 days before the date of the cruise.
8. In case the value of the voucher is less than the price of the requested service, the difference up to the full amount is paid by the user.
9. The voucher may be transferred provided that the voucher holder personally makes a reservation for the third party.
