GENERAL TERMS
Reservations:
1.1 You can make a cruise reservation in varnapartyboats in one of the following ways:
- write to us by e-mail: info@varnapartyboats.com;
- send us an inquiry from the contact form on our website: http://varnapartyboats.com;
- Welcome to our office at Varna Sea Station, lobby, office №8.
1.2 After we receive and process your request, you will receive a booking confirmation at the email address you provided. The confirmation contains the date of the reservation, the name of the guest, telephone and contact email, number of guests, amount due, what is included in the price, conditions and terms for payment of the deposit.
1.3 In order to confirm your reservation for a day or evening cruise, full payment of the reservation is required after it is confirmed within 5 / five / working days. For renting a ship the standard deposit is 30% of the amount due, and on the day of sailing 100% payment for all requested services.
1.4. If a deposit is required in advance, your reservation is valid and is considered finally CONFIRMED after making the specified payment on the specific request and receiving confirmation of it by e-mail.
1.5 In case of non-payment within the described period, the reservation is considered canceled.
2. Payment options:

3. Conditions for cruise cancellations:
3.1 Cancellation of a reservation made by you, you can do as follows:
- write to us by e-mail: info@varnapartyboats.com. Please mention your name and reservation date;
- in case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation less than 24 hours before the arrival of the sea cruise, the amount paid in advance on your reservation will not be refunded.
- in case of cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions, the amount paid in advance on your reservation will be fully refunded. It can be transferred to the next date, in agreement with the client.
4. Rights and obligations of the parties:
4.1 Varna Party Boats undertakes to provide the client in full with the requested and paid services.
4.2 Varna Party Boats undertakes not to change the price of the services paid by the client, except in exceptional cases when this is economically justified and agreed in advance with the client.
4.3 Varna Party Boats is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from ships, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
4.4 When the customer makes a reservation, he enters into a contractual relationship with Varnapartyboats and accepts the general terms and conditions of Varna Party Boats. Customers using the services of Varnapartyboats should be of legal age under Bulgarian law / aged 18 (eighteen) years /. Children are allowed only if they are accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.
4.5 The customer assumes the responsibility to observe the generally accepted norms of good behavior during the voyage. All costs for material damage to the ship are due by the customer.
4.6 Customers are obliged not to leave their children unattended during the cruise. The crew is not responsible for persons under 18 years of age left unattended.
4.7 Varna Party Boats reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide accurate and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5. Gift voucher:

5.1 To issue a gift voucher you need:
5.1.1 Your names, contact telephone number and e-mail.

5.2 General conditions for issuing a voucher:
5.2.1 The gift voucher is at a value of your choice. You can contact us to determine your budget and we will offer you the best cruise offer for the indicated price. The gift voucher is a prepaid service - a cruise with a ship in Varna Bay.
5.2.2 The gift voucher is paid by bank transfer or in cash at the office N8 of Varna Marine Port. The voucher is received after receiving a bank transfer or after paying it on the spot
5.2.3 The gift voucher can be received at a predetermined address, on site at the office or electronically - email.
5.2.4 The gift voucher is personalized and stylish.
5.2.5 The gift voucher can be used once and is valid for the period described in it (validity: 6 months from the date of purchase).
5.2.6 The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for its BGN equivalent.
5.2.7 Guests to whom the voucher is given must make their reservation at least 5 days before the date of the cruise.
5.2.8 In case the value of the voucher is less than the price of the requested service, the difference up to the full amount is paid by the user.
5.2.9 The voucher may be redeemed provided that the voucher holder personally makes a reservation for the third party.
